I noticed that Texas is also in the dictionary. Is there any other meaning than the name of the US state?

I noticed in Unicorn that Bolivia, defined as the country, was in the definitions. I dunno if there is another definition of Bolivia, but shouldn’t proper nouns be eliminated? Thanks for all you do!
